Our VISION statement

Our vision is based upon the following points derived from God’s Word:

BLOOM seeks to go, reach out, and serve orphans using whatever gift we have received, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms (1 Peter 4:10). We do this by providing programs designed for children to experience exposure to the love and knowledge of Jesus so they can become disciples themselves, as well as influential Christian leaders in their countries when they reach adulthood. Each ministry partner will play a unique role in the disciple-making process, but everyone in the body of Christ is irreplaceable (1 Cor. 12:12–26; Eph. 4:11–16).

BLOOM seeks to serve orphans worldwide through social, educational and nutrition programs. These programs provide opportunities for families, individuals, and churches to fulfill this calling alongside us in accordance with James 1:27.

Our calling is: “to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world.”

BLOOM desires to be intentional in the way we care for those we serve. We work through local Christian leaders to identify and meet needs, with a focus on empowerment and sustainability. Programs in countries we work are adapted to the different cultures and needs of each community, while preserving the dignity of those we serve.

Matthew 18:5

BLOOM comes alongside local ministry leaders in countries where we work to partner on programs that address the spiritual, emotional, physical and educational needs of orphans and vulnerable children and their communities. Through job creation, farming, educational programs and other special projects, we  empower local leaders to serve the people for whom they care.

‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you? He will reply, ‘I tell you the truth, whatever you did not do for the least among you, you did not do for me.’
